Story of Chai & Market:-
The earliest physical evidence known to date, found in 2016, comes from the mausoleum of Emperor Jing of Han in Xi'an, indicating that tea was drunk by Han dynasty emperors as early as the 2nd century BC. As per statistics, After CHINA, INDIA is second largest country in the word of TEA Manufacturer and the same way the consumption of TEA is very high in INDIA.

ABOUT US:-
MY SUGARPOT or MSP the way our customers calls us, is a brain child of two young entrepreneurs Maida Warakhwala & Prodeepto Sen. After working for 20 yrs. in Corporate world, both of them became victim of COVID-19 pandemic and lost their high-income job. During the pandemic they realized that while in home, TEA(CHAI) is the only think which keep them energetic and help is staying positive during bad days. They started speaking to their friends and family and started understanding their daily routine and analyzed that Consuming CHAI is most common with most of them. With this thought both of them started analyzing the TEA market of INDIA and soon realized that CHAI is the highest selling commodity in INDIA, and second largest consumed drink after WATER, and most of the people are not getting good TEA(CHAI) and the restaurants who are selling Good Quality TEA are charging extraordinary. 

Normally people who want TEA with affordable price, have no option but to consume TEA from local vendor, who are selling tea for Rs.10/- a cup, but then hygiene is major question. So, with a thought of affordability and hygiene, Maida & Prodeepto came up with an idea for a café where they can serve different flavor chai with an affordable price with great ambiance and proper hygiene, hence MY SUGARPOT took birth.

MSP serves 7 major flavor Chai and the price range starts from Rs.10/- that too in Kullad (clay pot).

While creating the idea of MSP, the second major thought which both of them faced is to give the brand a name. As in market most of the Tea Café players are already there and most of them are using word like CHAI or TEA in their brand name, which is making the brand name very common and with no uniqueness.

Both of them want their Brand name to be different yet relevant. So, they came with a unique idea, as the Brand is started by Maida Warakhwala & Prodeepto Sen, so they took their own Initial letters M (from Maida) & SP (from Sen Prodeepto) and hence MSP formed. Also, as Kullad is known as clay pot is English and the philosophy of MSP is to create sweet memories while having a cup of tea, Word SUGAR POT came into picture. So, with these two combinations of Initial letters and brand philosophy “MY SUGARPOT” came in Live. 

We use special tag for our business i.e. “Meri Wali Kullad Chai”. The concept of this tag line explains, that the tea is prepared only when you place an order, thus it becomes an exclusive tea for you.

Brand Positioning:-
Our Brand focus on two types of Brand Positioning strategy in the market: - Quality Based Positioning strategy & Price Based Positioning. 
As a Brand we implement Quality base positioning strategy to grow in the market, in this strategy we want to emphasize the quality of their product. When we are talking about Quality, we mean Quality in our product and Quality on our services. The quality of service which we provide has already shown in through evidence of exceptional end results, high ROI, and glowing customer testimonials.
As it is a myth the Quality often comes up with a premium cost, and to break that Myth, our second Brand Position Strategy is Price Base Positioning.
As a Brand we use a price-based position strategy to present our product or service as the most affordable option. The positive side of price-based positioning is that as a brand when you position your product as the affordable price in the market, you can generate a large customer base because no one likes to spend more than they have to. Offering the lowest price is an easy way to get prospects to convert. This two Brand Positioning strategy has helped us to place us a strong brand in the Market

Brand Inception:-
MSP started its operations initially with cloud kitchen format way back in 2019 and in DECEMEBER 2021 started its first Café in HL College Road Ahmedabad (Gujarat). The response so far is overwhelming.

OUR MISSION:- We have plan to open 10 more outlets by 2022 end and are open for franchise options. Our Plan is to operate in two models COCO (Company owned Company Operated) & FOFO (franchise owned Franchise operated). As Tea is an essential commodity in INDIA and India is the world largest consumer of TEA, and with our expertise the franchise can earn good profit. The ROI which a franchise can accept in 12-18 Months

Our vision in MSP is provide quality tea to everyone with affordable price, with great hygiene ambience. We will defiantly create sweet memories to everyone with our cup of kullad chai.

OUR SPECIALITY:-
Our specialty is majorly is TEA & Coffee. IRANI MASALA CHAI is a must try in our range of TEA and our COLD COFFEE with ICECREAM, Caramel & Hazelnut hot coffee is a must try. We also serve Non-Veg Bites where our specialty is Chicken Samosa & Chicken Sandwich.

OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE:-
We are heavily focusing on Social Media Presence and hence doing Social Media Marketing, apart from Social Media, we also participated in many different events like Vibrant Gujarat and other local events. We are present in Social Media like Insta, FB, Twitter & LinkedIN.
