Revenue Model:-

Option 1 - 30% on net sale. (FOFO) :- All expenses & interior by franchisee.

Option 2 - 18% on net sale (COFO) :- All expenses (excluding rent) & interior by franchisee.

Option 3 - 12% p.a. interest on deposit OR 8% of sale whichever is higher. In this model the full amount of Rs. 45 lac approx. i.e. stock, interior & landlord deposit becomes refundable security deposit with 0% risk on franchisee. Store will be made and operated by Company and all expense will be borne by the company.
